A Covid friendly Zoom Call consultation and Measurement fitting; We discuss your favourite lingerie pieces, styles that really work for you, the laces and silks that suit you best from our sample booklets. We take you through the measurement process so that we get accurate measurements to make a pattern to your size.
Zoom fitting at home of made to measure 'fit toile'; We make a mock up of your lingerie to your measurements and post it to you for you to try on. This stage is important to check how the final pieces will feel, if they give enough lift, if they give enough or too much coverage etc.
Finished items posted in our luxury packaging; Should you require any changes we're happy to arrange a final zoom fitting to make sure everything is just right.
2 year care and repair guarantee; Lingerie works hard, so it may need servicing to keep it performing at its best. We want you to love your lingerie for as long as possible, and we make that happen by repairing items that need a little extra love.
