SHIPPING POLICY
ALL OUR PRODUCTS ARE MADE TO ORDER;
Please allow 2 weeks for any everyday lingerie order to be made and shipped.
Everyday lingerie is shipped 1st class recorded; Royal Mail

Subscriptions pants are made and shipped in 'even' months (February, April, June etc), except your first set, which is shipped within 2 weeks of ordering.
We aim to ship subscriptions on the 16th of the month.
Subscription pants are shipped 1st class Royal Mail.
Missing shipments can be reported in your account, 'My Subscription' page

Bespoke items can be discussed via zoom consultation, and will be shipped Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded.
We will discuss a make date during the consultation but please allow at least 8 weeks for make and delivery.
RETURN POLICY
We want you to be absolutely chuffed with your underwear.
Wherever possible we will remake, refit, repair and refund any lingerie that doesn't work for you.
Please be aware that bespoke items cannot be refunded until reasonable efforts to get the fit right have been undertaken by you and us.
